By-laws
Our By-laws govern how we operate the Sioux Valley Genealogical Society. From time to time, we give them a closer look to see if they need to be updated. In order to change them, the board has to approve the change, these changes have to be published in the Pathfinder and then the entire membership votes on the changes to be approved. These by-laws were voted on in November 2021 and are now updated.
